Characters
Here we have a small page (soon to grow), with character bios.
Sierra Vesping – 28 years old, a veteran of the Brujagh Police force, Vesping is a candidate for many promising positions within law enforcement. An excellent criminal profiler, a good shot, but lousy when it comes to personal matters. A single child, she finds support with her small ring of friends, and her one best friend and partner: Rho.
Akaina Kol-bas Ben-Karr Rho – Estimated at 250 years old, Rho has, in terms of humanity, seen just about everything. Until a recent incident, his speech centers were purported to be the more eloquent than most other Benians. However, now, a small flaw in his core program makes him greet others in the wrong language. When offered a choice of repairing the damage, Rho insisted he keep the flaw, as it built up his own individuality. With his career as a police officer being his latest choice, he found a particular fondness to Vesping, refusing to leave her side for other partners.
Commander Quiil – One of the best officers that the Benian Empire had to offer was given the position to oversee ground troops and police forces throughout Brujagh. With nearly half a century of experience under his belt, his word is gold. That is, when he is in the mood. Suffering from a rather strange personality disorder, he takes on a rather sadistic and nihilistic outlook on life. His favorite past time? Browsing human ear jewelry. Despite his flaws, he enjoys playing on his teams talents and weaknesses, wiping out organized crime when it rears his ugly head. His favorite tool for the job is the Vesping and Rho duo.
Annadale Vesping – Sierra Vesping’s mother. Several years ago, she was diagnosed with a rare genetic trait she inherited from ancestors who developed on Mars, Internal Rust Disease. Without a viable treatment, her care is costly; and despite her attitude, she very much wants to live. Frustrated at years of being confined to a hospital bed, she takes it out on her only visitor. Currently, her condition is rapidly declining, as well as her emotional faculties.
Chief Wallace Berkham – The current Police Chief at Vesping’s PD. A veteran police officer of Mars, his expertise in all things alien makes him a valuable man who knows when to bend rules around various jurisdictions. His best employee is Vesping and Rho, and he has the Benian attache Commander Quiil have most of the control over the two of them. But when it comes to big issues, he goes back to the duo. Son of a rather renowned Mars politician, he finds himself being mixed up in more politics than he cares for.
Satawatari Takumi of the Goolian Verse – One of the most infamous criminals born from the clutches of the Epsilon Eridani system. Raised as Eridanian, he went through the right of passage to replace most of his body with Eridanian technology, leaving only his face intact. Throughout his years, he’s slowly been building upon the systems in his body, becoming more physically and mentally powerful. His prized creation, the Syndicate, is a organized crime ring that has become a force to be reckoned with over the past 5o years.
Field Commander Allen Basker – Basker is one of the few field commanders that works out in the field for the B.A.D. Once a mercenary, he found himself out of a job and doing simple security before his talents were recognized by the main director of the B.A.D. and he was commissioned as a field officer. He typically is a reclusive man, keeping himself secluded from friends and family, but he makes an excellent enforcer. He owes himself to the B.A.D. for saving his life during an operation gone wrong.
Doctor Solana Totovsky – Enigmatic in the medical field, she excels at bio-mechanics. Assigned to a private firm for development of high-tech warfare by the Galactic Council, she found the most unique combinations of field units to use as an auxiliary force alongside the police. Due to an accident in the lab, more than 70% of her body is horribly disfigured, and with the driest sense of humor, she is not the best person to get along with. But, despite this, she’s a force to be reckoned with.
